How many people serve on the Board of Directors?

How long are the terms of each appointment?

Terms are three years, and members may be re-elected by the Board to serve additional one year terms up to an additional three years (maximum years of consecutive service is six years).

What are the requirements of the Board positions?

How many Board meetings are held each year, and where are they held?

The Board holds Saturday meetings in spring, fall, and winter in varying locations, plus a weekend retreat during summer.

How long are the meetings?

Saturday meetings generally run 5 hours, including a break for lunch.
