Toni Hobbs
Morehead

Toni Hobbs, Creative Director at Morehead State University (MSU), oversees, conceives, and produces creative visual elements for use in print and Web-based publications. She is responsible for overall layout and design of major publications as well as ensuring a consistent, yet dynamic, visible brand for the institution. Toni has been instrumental in developing a mentoring program for underrepresented students and is a founding member and current advisor of the ALLYance (MSU’s gay-straight student coalition). She has served as an instructor and/or lecturer for MSU 101 for Art Majors, Upward Bound, Kentucky’s Governor’s Scholars Program, Dataseam, and continuing education courses. Ms. Hobbs has been active on campus and in the community as a member of the Morehead Tomorrow Board, the Clack Mountain Festival (arts & music) Executive Committee, the President’s Diversity Council, and Kentucky Guild of Artists & Craftsmen Board of Directors. She was recognized in 2008 as a member of the President’s Leadership Academy. In her spare time, Toni operates a freelance design and Web business, missprime.com. She also enjoys cooking, obsessively collecting music, mastering video games, and exhibiting her artwork nationally. Ms. Hobbs resides in Morehead.
